    Do LBS sell skewer springs? Mine sqaushed.

    Reflectors mines broken on the rear wheel in the middle so its loose do they sell them or give them free?

    Bike Computers, Mine seems to stop working ive tapped it usually works but not this time i dont think its the battery and i want to try avoid resetting it.

    How long should innertubes and tyres be replaced?

    How long should the chain and cassette be replaced?

    If riding 6 days a week how many pairs of gloves should i have? Atm i only have 1 pair.

    Is it best to put Spandex/Lyrca in the washing machine or does it shrink?

    A few? A good LBS can sell you all the things that you asked about.

    When you replace the tires depends upon you. You may want to replace them when the tread is worn or when the threads start to show. Your call. Tubes generally last longer, again your call.

    The chain should be replaced when a section of 12 links measures 12-1/8 inches. Several tool manufacturers make a chain checker that you can purchase.

    The cassette should be replaced when a known good chain skips on it.

    Buy all the gloves that you want. I have two pair but I only ride five days a week.

    If you wash them on the cold wash/cold rinse cycle, lycra and spandex should not shrink. Just follow the directions on the clothing's tag.

    Also, do not put them in the dryer, the heat will destroy the elasticity over time.

    Ok.. What should i look out for before buying a Track Pump my tyres hold 110-120 PSI there 700C.

    Sam, if you go to the main menu you can use the search function listed along the top of the page to see a lot of threads that have the key words included that you're interested in.

    For example, I clicked on "search function" then entered "track pump" in the key word area and clicked submit. I got a bunch of threads discussing pumps.

    Here's one of the threads as an example:

    Try that search function and you'll see plenty about pumps. 🙂

    I found this - Evans Cycles | Topeak Joe Blow Sport II | Online Bike Shop

    Will this pump my tyres? My innertubes are 28" 700C and on another Innertube is 700x 18-23C i have 2 different Innertubes. Is this ok?

    FYI, if you go to a semi-decent LBS, they'll likely give you a couple of QR springs, especially if you buy something else. Note that you don't need QR springs, although they do make remounting a wheel in a frame more convenient.
