  1. Our daughter's first birthday is coming up in a couple months and I
want to be happy and healthy for it. Recently I've been lacking energy
and been in a fog. Something very new to me. Something I want to nip
in the bud. Does anyone have some good dietary cleanse that I could do
while working full time and handling the rigors of being a proud
father? Perhaps a good parasite cleanse?

    thanks

The only parasites you're l ikely to encounter are the ones who sell
    you the "cleanse."

Have you consulted your doctor about your symptoms? It might be
something minor that could easily be cleared up. And on the other
hand, it might be something not-so-minor that you'd be well-advised to
get under control as soon as possible.

In fact, I can tell him from PERSONAL EXPERIENCE that what he's
experiencing can be symptoms of undiagnosed diabetes. Of course, they can
be symptoms of a lot of other things as well. Seems to me like a good idea
to find out what's causing them *before* trying any treatments.

Wrong. There are parasites everywhere and the majority of people have them.

He'll give you a drug that will fix you right up, whereas if you see an
alternative practitioner, they will look for the root of the problem and not
    load you up on drugs.

I'm sure Jan will prove this. NOT!

The main advice a patient is likely to get (absent
a finding of, for instance, previously undiagnosed
heart disease) is "get regular rest." We are, after
all, talking about the new father of a 1yo here.

After that, it's likely to be "more exercise" followed
by "clean up your eating habits." None of which will
make a dime for the so-evil pharmaceutical companies,
not that Jan will ever admit as much.

Something VERY reasonable for the sleep-deprived father of an
    10-month old baby.

Get more sleep. Eat right, and take the baby for long walks ...
you walk, she is in the back-pack or a pram.

It will go away about the time she turns 21 and leaves home,
    whichever comes first.

Hey, Tools, I have an all natural root for you. How about 4 oz of powdered
Rhubarb, dude? What's the matter, don't you have the intestinal fortitude to
    handle it?
