Yes, as posted on here a couple of weeks back. Catalogue
price = 29.99, offer price now 19.99! Difficult to say 'no'
at that price and having seen it I am now officially amazed!

I've got a Highlander, albeit not an ultralight, and I'm
very pleased with it. I'd say that in terms of quality
they're on a par with Therm-A-Rest.

These are also available in Simpers (Cambridge) at about 22
quid. And the Highlander 'Comfort' (3.8cm) at 35 quid.

I was looking for a thermarest 4cm mat but could only find
the really thick (5cm) or light weight (2.5cm) mats - nobody
locally seemed to have anything in between.

I think my Highlander's probably about the same as the
comparable Therm-A-Rest; it's hard to say though, because I
don't think any of my TARs are the same thickness as the
Highlander. The valve is slightly different, and I find it
easier to get the air out of the Highlander than I do the
TAR. Next time you and I find ourselves in a field together
somewhere you can feel mine...

But what is a comparable Thermarest? Thing is, they do
different grades, the bog standard Thermarest is quite heavy
and not too expensive. They also do lighweight and luxury
models which use foam with holes to make them lighter. The
ultralights are not only lighter but thinner and pack very
small. My luxury is as thick as a standard but much lighter
and packs much smaller, hence the extra cost.
