Alfredo Sauce

    Alfredo Sauce

    1/4 pound (1/2 cup) sweet butter, melted 1 cup heavy cream, warmed
    2/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Salt to taste
    3/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper 8 oz. Fettuccini or Angel Hair, cooked
    4/4 lb. cooked shrimp or chicken (optional)

    Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour over warm pasta. Add shrimp or chicken and toss to coat. Serve
    immediately.
