In the Frequently Asked Questions for the Raptor bike mount, Yakima has this entry: Q: I NEED TO CARRY SEVERAL BIKES. CAN I PLACE BIKES ON THE CAR BACKWARDS TO GET MORE SPACE? Back in the '80s, one of the cycling mags ran a photo of a guy who was
touring backwards...sitting on the bars, riding facing away from where
he was going, using mirrors. Maybe Yakima saw it.
