From past tests I have seen on various compounds, I would not buy
anything from the Chinese. I have heard their quality has gone way up
since then, but I personally would rather buy from another source or
company that uses another source. They however make good steroidal stuff
which is where most black market steroid producers are getting their AAS.

I always add R-alpha-lipoic acid whenever I use acetyl-L-carnitine -

250-1000 mg of ALCAR with 100-500 mg of R-ALA. I don't feel any
discernable effects from most other supplements, including the topic
of this thread - phosphatidylserine.
