I'm interested in the 7900 shifters (mechanical, not Di2), and see some advertised as 2011 Dura-Ace 7900 shifters, etc.
Does the year make any difference? Thanks a lot
most of the times improvements and changes means also a different model number,
i think the 7900 is the newest and best Dura Ace version at the moment,
I'd heard of some reliability issues with early runs of 7900 shifters, which were reportedly corrected without so much as an acknowledgment that there was a problem. If in doubt, make sure what you're buying is under warranty.
