Is it? not in areas such as Brixton, some of the western suburbs of
London its spot the minorities, white, chinese, a/c, and the local asian

What the problem is as far as I can see is the ghettoisation of areas,
and the slow exclusion of other ethnic groups, including whites, the net
result isn't good for anyone except those that want to live in a single
culture without interfacing with others from a different background. So
don't expect everyone to think its all sweetness and light, it isn't and
if you want to see real race hate the cast system thats been imported
