    hay Kenman, sorry I haven't checked for a while....found out I was pregnant. 😕

Feeling better now but seriously cut down on the riding. But its summer, or close to it, and discovered a really great invention for my hybrid....Elephant bars.... 😄

Hello, I'm new to the Ramstein AB area. Looking to meet other women with similar interests. Are you riding again? You can contact me at [email hidden].

  6. My wife and I are in the Ramstein area and don't know jack about bikes. What kind of bikes should we get for riding the paved paths here in the Pfalz? Also, where is a good bike shop, or do you trust the Power Zone? I would assume not, but like I said, I don't know jack. We're looking to spend up to $300 each.

    Thanks.

Find a good hybrid if ur not into anything serious and its just for fun, road bikes will only work well on the pavement and there are a lot of side trails to have fun on . '"HM" makes a nice bike for around the 300 dollar mark and they are usually for sale in ur PX sports store.

When I was pregnant I added elephant bars so I could sit up straight.

The germans make some really nice bikes but its in Euro.

Don't forget to pick up some wet weather gear (rains a lot here) and mabey a basket on the front cause its nice to go shopping in the summer (flea markets and fruit stands).
