Beware of the Bananas

Holland and Barret sell packs of about 30 sundried bananas. 350kcal per 100g. They taste
"interesting" but certainly give you some stamina.

They cost less that 2 quid for a 240g pack.

Fantastic.

Just make sure there is a toilet nearby the following morning.
