Big Heads/Small Helmets

I've been trying to get a friend of mine into cycling for awhile now, he's got the bike and the equipment, but he can't find a helmet that fits him. I feel bad it's kind of something I never thought about could be an issue, does anyone know if there is anyone who makes bigger size helmets?

I have a large head mys" elf. In fact my girlfriend calls it "Gibraltar" and I use a Limar 911 which fits me with plenty of room to spare.

Giro and Bell have helmets in extra large. I think one is called the Triton. They're not the lightest, raciest and most expensive, but I get the idea that will work for your friend.
