Just recently, a nephew bought an ordinary mountain bike from a store. The purpose is for exercising his legs because his job in the airport is not sedentary but stationary. He got a good one that was fit to his frame and he was enjoying it for a week until the saddle developed a loose thread. When he went back to the shop, the owner was very apologetic and immediately replaced the saddle with an expensive one. You cannot have that service when you buy online.
