Go with the smaller frame. You can twek them upwith seatpost and stems and so forth but it's hard to adjust them down without a torch.

What brand are you buying?

Go for the larger.

I just set up my new Felt SR81 and now have a perfect fit with an effective seat post angle of 76 degrees, I will be adding Aero bars later in the year.

I Fitted a Zero offset seatpost (Rockshox road), and set the seat just forward of centre. The bar height is higher on the larger frame than on a smalller, stem is 100mm.

Edit: re worded to put info in context. I am sharing my successful set-up as an option to the normal buy small advice.

I needed a higher effective seatpost angle for triathlon use later.
Sorry for confusion to the poster below. I am still waiting for Radio Shack to get replacement batteries for my old crystal ball.

How could you possibly know how anyone else is going to fit on a bike, and what it will take to make it proper without a shred of info other than the poster was fitted for a 20,even tho that may or may not be correct. Wouldn't you think he/she might ought to try both and decide which works best with the least expensive tweaks, if any required.
