Book: Optimal Pumping

no I haven't tried it. I have read the following: Pumping Insulin: Everything you need for success
with an Insulin Pump. John Walsh & Ruth Roberts, third edition. I found it quite helpful.

Antonio,

I have an autographed copy on my desk. The author, Freddi Frederickson, has been on insulin pump
therapy since about the time of the AutoSyringe and knows every trick in the book.

If there were two books to recommend, it would be this one, along with Walsh's Pumping Insulin. They
are both excellent. Walsh's is perhaps more comprehensive, and Frederickson's has many useful
examples and anecdotes about various situations.

Both of them would be a good investment. And you can buy *both* for less than a bottle of
Humalog.......

I read Walsh's book and found it a little dry. It sounds like this book might be more to my liking
since it has "useful examples and anecdotes". If only my insurance company would pay for books like
they do insulin.
