Bottom Bracket Guide Problem - Specialized Roubaix

You might just stick a couple layers of 3M double sided foam
tape under it

When bicycle housing came unlined, plastic lining was readilly
available to line the housings. Many shops still have some. I think
it's the same stuff that lines the noodles on MTB brakes. I've used
lengths of that stuff on pre click shifting steel bicycles that had
just metal hooks or grooves for the cables. I've used it on plastic
cable guides that get cut by cables and I've used it in exactly the
situtation that you are encountering.

Anthony, I had a chance to check out our new bikes. Sure enough, the cable
does rub on the downtube somewhat. As others have said, I would just add a
noodle bit or something with delrin to fill in the gap. You may want to
call Specialized to see if they have a redesigned bottom bracket guide.
