Bottom bracket removal.

The noises are only apparent when peddling with my right or both feet,
not the left on its own. This noise occurs when ridding out of my seat,
and also no hands. There is also a few mm of play when wiggling the ends

I tightened the crank bolt thursday but the ONG is still there.

I have removed both cranks and want to remove the BB to have a look see.
It is a sealed cartridge.

From searching history of this group it seems that to undo the splined
female nuts, I have to turn them in the same direction as I peddle, is
this correct as it sound counter-intuitive.

When trying to remove the right peddle, I can feel no movement in the bolt.

If your brake breaks when you brake as you ride through the brake chasing
the break, you're quite likely to break something else. You'll then be
broken in the bracken.
