run 30 miles a week, and do 100 pushups/situps every day (except Sunday),
with 2 sets of 15 chin ups. I'm 38 years old. I've always admired the
boxing physique, so I bought a bag. How often should I hit the bag, and how
would I incorporate into my training. Right now I'm doing tues/thurs 3x
times 3 minutes. It's tough!
Objecting: A slightly more muscular body without weight training.
Weight 152
Height 5'10"
I run at about a 9 min/mile pace

I use to boxs bags. thn the cops won't let me anymore.......into
running and biking....
