A large buck deer here weighs less than 150 lbs.
That was back when I was still weight lifting and had been for awhile,
so I had gotten my deadlift up to 210. ;-)
Right now it's back down to around 130. <shrugs>
I lifted the deer into the back of the truck by myself.
The deer had been rolled off of the road and was on the shoulder.
It was hunting season and I'd purchased deer tags for hunting for my dad.
If it was not in season, I'd have had to leave it lay rather than risk
getting caught picking it up and being fined for poaching.
