C Record Front Hub Bearing Question

All generations of Campagnolo front hubs (road or track, large or
small flange) with steel axles and "Record" in the model name are
commonly fitted with nine 7/32" balls in each cup.

This size 7/32" (5,5 mm) is used in the Record C front hub, the right
side of the Record C rear hub and in the Record C buttom bracket. So
it is not that unusual.

That is correct, those used 7/32 balls.

Yes for the front hub. When Campagnolo hubs went to cassettes and 8s they were
'Record' tho. True C-Record hubs were freewheel and 1/4 balls each side. The
C-Record BB indeed used 7/32 balls(spindle marked SPc) but others of the era
also used 3/16 and 1/4 inch(SPa and SS).
