Is it like the new DuraAce pedals? Mine resembled the Centaur Grays on
Campy's web site, and were a good color match for my brushed Ti frame, but
are now pretty scuffed up after 1500 miles. My gruppo's actually Centaur,
and I actually wanted the Grays when I built my bike a year and a half ago,
but I wasn't able to find them. The silver looks nice though, I have to say.
And to the original poster, I'm quite happy with my Centaur gruppo. My only
complaint is that the right shifter tends to make an annoying rattling noise
when I go over rough pavement. The alignment between the lever and the
little rubber knob was a bit off. Not sure if this is a design flaw or just
my bad luck. Shifting is quite smooth though, and the finish has lasted
quite well.
I also have a friend with a Veloce gruppo, and she's quite happy with it. If
you can afford and justify Centaur, might as well get it, but you'd probably
be just as happy with Veloce.

An ugly alternative to clear coated aluminum.
IMHO It looks nice on titanium frame
Look again after a few thousand miles.
