Chain Drops on a certain gear

My chain easily drops off or at least drop by a gear( front large chainring to smaller inner ring) when i set my rear cog to the innermost(biggest) ... anyone noes how to solve this problem?

Have you checked your front derailleur limit screws, or maybe recently bent something (if it's only just started to happen?) Take a look at the following:

If I remember correctly, it's always a good idea to make sure your rear derailleur is set up right before messing with the front one .. that's detailed here

i just noticed it recently .. the problem with it is not so much as in front pedalling but if i were to back pedal the chain is bound to drop off or to the inner chainring...

Maybe you need move the front derailleur cage to the right a few mm?

The angle of the chain will cause everything to wear out faster, its also not as efficent.

hmmz not exactly just that theres a certain hill i frequent which that gear ratio combo seems efficient
