relase) tablets are preferable.
- Amino acid taurine 1/4 - 1/3 teaspoonful 2 - 3 times a day, up to 6 g/d.
- Vitamin D 2000 IU/d in the winter time if one lives far north or far south (outside the 40th
latitudes), or if one for some other reason get enough sunshine (not much is needed, only about
20 minutes whole body exposure per day in the summer time is needed by light skinned people for
the _maximum_ production of vitamin D in the skin; people with very dark skin may need up to 2-3
times that).
