I have a 1983 all original Trek 600 road bike that I am thinking about selling. It has less than one mile of riding distance since new. It is the Reynolds 531CS fully butted frame, forkset and chain stays. Purchased new at BikeSport in Canoga Park, California. Never in rain or water (kept in home storge room and then garage since new).
BTW - It is 54cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube (at the center of the top tube) and is exceptionally light for a steel frame.
If anyone might have an interest, please send me a message and I wil send more details and images.

Don, I'm not sure what you are expecting to get for the bike, but the use of the word "collector" makes me think you hope to get a nice price for it. I have a 1983 T600 that I picked up at a church sale in pristine condition, other than a saddle tear. The price - a cool $5.
Perhaps consider making it into a fixie? That's what I did - smiles for miles. Good luck. -A.
Don't worry about it. Michael hasn't rotated the stick up his...mouse yet today.
WTF!?!?! Little pot and kettle problem you got there, SoreNose. Who the hell are you to talk about sticks up one's ass?????!!!!! If his hasn't been rotated today, yours has been static since you started posting on Usenet.
Idiot. Hypocrite. Liar. Scumbag. No wonder you're a Republican.
