  1. This is a pointless post, I just want to whinge. YHBW...

Back commuting after a 4 month break, my excuse being that the company
where I now work has no cycling storage, no showers and nowhere to
hang-up wet kit. Having to change in a toilet cubicle with a 5000W
halogen light (s'hot!) isn't the worst: its spraying deodourant in a
confined space, you can taste it all morning, bleughk!

On the plus side, I had the MOS Ibiza '05 album on the sound system,
    great pace setter music.

Ah, but its great to be back on the bike, all the same.

Use the disabled toilets. Plenty of room, and you can use the sink in
    privacy.

    RANT BUTTON ALERT !!!!

there are disabled loos on every floor at work (good) but they have
signs saying "this bog ONLY for disabled folk". WHY??? There are 4
blokes bogs, I guess similar ladies, one bog sits reserved for very rare
disabled visitors while occasional queues form of folk too polite or
timid to challenge the tyrrany of the sign. 🙂

    Top tunes.

Try the 'best of's by Chemical Brothers and Faithless on your rides.

Seriously useful for maintaining cadence !

Yeah, there's nothing like "Setting Sun" to get them legs a-pumpin'
