So, smart trainers are supposed to mimic real rides, right? But if they can't give us that real feel, what’s the point? Just a bunch of flashy features to distract us? Advanced ergometer stuff sounds cool, but is it really doing anything? Or just more resistance levels to sell us on? We need to cut through the marketing fluff. What’s actually gonna make us stronger on the bike?
