Yup. I saw a neurologist a few months ago. All he did was ask me a few
questions and check my reflexes. For about a 20 minute consultation,
this doctor's bill was $650! Fortunately, I did not have to pay that
bill. I would never eat out if I had to pay a restaurant chef that kind
of money.

Yes!! and that same neurologist had his toilet overflow and flood his
bathroom at midnight on Saturday. Called a plumber and he fixed and
cleaned up the mess after 45 minutes.

Gave the doctor a bill for $700....doctor immediately complained and
plumber told him he cleaned up the mess and it was Saturday midnight.
Doctor told him he couldn't even get those kind of rates in his
office. Plumber told he couldn't either when he was a neurologist.

What plumber charges that much? I think it was last summer when I was
down at a friend's beach house and the toilet overflowed on a Saturday
night. I called a local plumber who wanted $200 to fix the problem
within an hour or two or half that if it could wait until Sunday
morning. I waited.
