I heard on a talk show once that it wasn't illegal to
park on yellow lines if you told the warden you were
collecting valuables, including money. Don't know if he
was mistaken or not.

Around these 'ere parts it seems to be accepted practice
that yellow lines = reserved parking spaces for the hard of
thinking ;-)

Money is not goods, for the point of collecting or
delivering goods while parked briefly on yellows.

(Test case in England & Wales many years ago).
