I think you are talknig about OS Explorer.
They are orange Landranger 1:25000. I know because I have them in front

But from Lizard, it is much longer. Do you mean crossing from Lizard to
St Ives ? Or following the coast path ? How long does it take roughly
from Lizard to St Ives following the coast ?
I've never done it but passed a couple who were doing it last year.
They reckoned four or five days but don't take my word for it. My gut
feeling is that that's a bit optimistic, but I generally don't rush when
I go to Cornwall.
