1. A permanent tailwind.
2. The PF banished to niflheim
3. A pub or cafe /exactly/ where you need it every time
Damn, this is almost too easy. If some religious crackpot could convince
me I that I could take a bike (or three) with me to the afterlife he'd
have a convert right here.

Wildly mixing mythologies, I suppose a ferryman could be bribed.
But sticking to the point, your best bike would have to be burnt.

Drinking hall in the middle of a velodrome. Places reserved on either
side of Odin's seat for Eddie Mercx and Graeme Obree (and possibly one
or two others). Outside, where the sun shines all the time except for
just sufficient nocturnal showers to ensure the verdancy of the
landscape and it is always warm but never hot, infinite miles of good
singletrack through broadleaf woodlands with a rich and diverse
understory and masses of animal and bird life but a miraculous absence
of biting insects. The singletrack carrying on into open mountain and
moorland areas above. And, also, and miraculously not interfering with
the singletrack at all, miles of smooth well made road, with every
possible destination reachable by either a flat road or a rolling and
winding one. Of course no wind, except on the coast where one can
temporarily leave one's bike to go sailing.

I think you would find that ferry only carries two bikes, you need to
reserve spaces but can't book them on line or by phone and tandems and
trikes are right out.

Be advised, however, that the road to hell has just been resurfaced and has
some /wicked/ right-handers...

It's been paved with good intentions! My "must do at least 100
miles/week" was one of them.

And where else do you think I might have my UK headquarters, eh? Except
possibly Wood Green.
Mr Larrington is merely one of my advisers on these matters.

.. . . aaargh! And there in the distance a police station looking flat, as if
it has only two sides and a large whiskered sergeant behind the desk wants
to know when your bike was stolen . . .

Don't be silly. Bicycle thieves are not admitted to Valhalla. If any
bike is stolen, everyone knows Loki is to blame.

I have an unpleasant image of Loki being opened with a biro, now . . .
