My 'day off' is an hours ride taking it easy around the quiet roads and getting the full enjoyment of cycling. I have today 'off' so i will be going for a spin in a while.

For me its either 4-5 days depending on my family and how late I get out of work.

I shoot for 4 - 5 days per week. Sometimes it ends up being 6 but not too often. Actually, I base my training/exercise on hours per week so whatever it works out to be is fine with me.
Lately it depends on the weather. I hate rain!

Some days are devoted to running, which contributes to endurance and therefor cycling. Does that count? My vote did not include running days, but I consider those days to also fall into the category of "cycling training."

4 days on the bike( 2-3 hours) per ride. 3 sessions on the weight machine per week. At least (2) four hour sessions on my boat . All work and no play you know.
-
I try for 5-6 days, but my job seems to take the prime hours of cycling away. Probably more around 3-5 days.

Never miss a day's ride. Doesn't matter if it's 50k or 5 mins, I get on the bike every single day without fail. That way all excuses of "should I ride" today are eliminated.

6-7 days a week. Up at 5 AM, riding for about 1.5 hrs every morning [more on weekends]. Don't take any time from the family (I have 2 under 4 year old daughters) or work, get to ride everday, and feel I am getting away with something when I get to work in the evening.
Don't come up with excuses! JUST RIDE!
