Justin Spinelli turned himself in. The guy's not even a racer anymore.

And when I say "catch" I mean USADA would have to sanction him. Simply
admitting you doped is not catching someone. Not to mention the link
isn't even on SU.

Spinelli simply made an admission. SU didn't "catch" him.
