Derailer problems.

By "tight" I don't mean length of chain but rather the looseness between the
links. It may "wiggle" too much.

It's more likely loose as in 'too many links'.

Yep, had a similar problem but had to take out a couple of links. You
want to get it to the point where on the large chain ring and largest
sprocket the derailler has a little bit of movement.

Yep, had a similar problem but had to take out a couple of links. You want
to get it to the point where on the large chain ring and largest sprocket
the derailler has a little bit of movement.

If I am thinking of ditching the chain anyway, cutting a few links out to
see if that helps seems harmless. Thanks!
