Currently using 10 cm ITM Millenium Super Over stem w/ 80 degree angle
Length is good. But I want the bars 2cm higher. Anybody know how to calculate what angle I should use to raise the bars. Thanks

As you increase the stem angle relative to the top tube, you decrease reach; and so you may want to get a longer stem in conjunction with a steeper stem; or you could get a longer stem along with putting more spacers on your headset.
Either way you'll increase rise and maintain reach.
