Forget the cheese and use Hollandaise sauce for eggs Benedict....... ;-d

Note that she said "breakfast on the go". Hollandaise, while delicious for
Eggs benedict, does not make for a convenient hand-held food, which i think
is what she meant.

DON'T ASK - JUST EAT

We drove past the old Diner Grill, aka Dinner Grill, aka Lotto Diner,
last night while taking an acquaintance from San Diego for her first
meal at Popeye's followed by dessert at Stone Cold Creamery. I think
the fat boy in pictures 13 and 14 was still there. Had cinnamon ice
cream mixed with walnuts, honey, more cinnamon and broken graham
crackers at Cold Cream Stonery. I tihnk it would have been better with
crumbled phyllo instead of graham crackers. The counter clerk smiled
politely and vacantly when I made a comment about baklava ice cream.
Probably never heard of halvah ice cream either. Damn Yuppies.

You are absolutely correct about the reference to "to go" and hollandaise;
I don't care to decorate my shirt and lap in that manner.
