LOL!!! Haven't cooked it yet, it's only 1615hrs here at the moment.

But she who won't be home till 1930hrs wants salad (training night for both
of us, but she goes straight from work). So a crisp mescalun salad it will
be. With some avocado, mandarins, julienned capsicum........ and I'm going
to try some of Maggie Beers Vino Cotta on the salad.......
