I've been invited to a dinner party on Saturday and have been tasked to bring the wine. There will be eight of us and the menu is below. Can you folks recommend some wines for the courses? Thanks

I may not know much about wine but I know what I like, and I would go with a pinot grigio.

In the summertime? Serve champagne with everything. It's great with a spicy dish like the pork loin. Last time I was in our local big liquor chain, there was a lot of stuff on the level of Domaine Chandon that was quite deeply discounted. There were some good deals at higher levels too. They put it on sale for graduation, I guess.
For the people who go "Ew, champagne," have some Beaujolais. If the meal were not so elaborate, I'd say to whip up some sangria.

That depends to some extent on what's available in your favorite wine store. I am partial to red wines and a nice Australian shiraz would go well with that menu, as would the Spanish Protocolo, both of which can be found for under $10 a bottle. You'll probably need at least two bottles if those eight people like to drink wine.
Thanks for the suggestions... I think I'll go with a spanish roja for the main course and maybe a shiraz too...
