It's a rolled roast beef and veges done in the weber.
I'm also using some American Oak chips to give it some 'zing'.

Dude... I would gladly have sent you over a carton of Winston cigarettes,
to put in the weber, to burn for that 'zing'🙂

Tonight we are going "meat and potatoes". Ribeyes were on special at the
grocery yesterday. So, tonight it's ribeyes, baked potatoes, ceasar salad,
and probably brownies for dessert. The 12 year old usually does Sunday
dessert so she will have to pick this afternoon. As it's only 11 am here, we
have plenty of time to think about it and decide. I was kinda thinking about
a cold-oven pound cake.

The carnitas last night were absolutely delicious. I think the leftovers are
going to be tossed on the top of a salad for lunch today. Thanks all for
your suggestions.

It's kinda hard to cook a cake in a cold oven isn't it?

Had a craving for old fashioned fish and chips with malt vinegar so
went to 3 places to find some fresh cod. Being land locked here in KS,
its hard to get good seafood. Found some fresh that was flown in
yesterday so thats what we are going to have. I love it when a plan
comes together.

Smart-A$$. Though I guess it would be. Luckily you turn it on, after you put
the cake in the oven.
=-)
