Hobbit Hash. 🙂 Slice up a large onion, four or five cloves of garlic, dice six potatoes, slice up a pound of kielbasa, and half a head of cabbage. Heat a little olive oil in a deep pan with a lid, saute the onions and garlic, add the potatoes and brown a bit, toss in the sausage and mix it up, then add the cabbage. Mix it all nicely, and season with salt and pepper. Pour about a cup of chicken broth over it all and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover, cook on low for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through. Serves six. Hobbit Hash. 🙂

Heat a little olive oil in a deep pan with a lid, saute the onions and

I haven't had a meal like that in quite a long time. It sounds delicious,
Ranee.
