Dinner tonight

  1. Grilled lamb loin chops until med-rare... rubbed with a little olive oil,
    salt, pepper and a little crushed dried rosemary. Ditto thickly sliced
    russet potatoes (well done... crispy!). Steamed some green peas to go with.
    No adulteration there, not even butter😉 I love peas.

    A small can of albacore tunafish mooshed up with garlic hummus on kavli
    crackers and a glass of gatorade.

    Sounds like what singles would eat. Mate of mine is newly single, his
    dinner after work is porrige (oatmeal?) and toast. I often make extra when
    I'm doing our dinner and put it in containers and stick them in his
    freezer. Or, I just invite him around :-)

    I'm in reducing mode and on a gout restricted diet on top of that, for a
    while.

    Combined, the diet can be very dull, admittedly. I highly DON'T recommend
    it.

    But if you gotta, you gotta! [sigh]
