French dipped (double-dipped) on a mini sandwich loaf, sometimes smeared
with super hot mustard sauce. Can be beef, pork, turkey or lamb.

Saturday is the one night of the week that we tend to have a regular menu.
During the summer it is BBQ hamburgers. Now that it is too cold and too
dark to be grilling outside we have reverted to the winter fare..... Hot
Wings.... with beer.

Sorry, but part of the enjoyment of BBQing is sitting on the patio with a
nice cold drink, and if it is too cold to be sipping on a drink with ice
cubes in it, it is too cold for me to be BBQing. Besides, I get sick of the
hamburger routine and look forward to hot wings season.

delicious. I am going to use some of the meat from the 8.5 lb roaster
chicken I cooked yesterday and do a simple little stir-fry with noodles,
peppers and mushrooms.

I've had a pot of spaghetti sauce on the range since early morning at a
bare simmer. Has spareribs, veal bones, ground beef, Italian sausage and
the usual other sauce things. Dinner will be spaghetti unless I get some
of Linda Grail's pizza!
