IT appears that you do not wish to counter the argument that much of the land in the country called
the United States was stolen, and instead are trying to get me off topic.

Let's consider what it means to "steal", shall we? In order to steal an object, that object must be
the property of another--it must be owned by someone else. So then who owned the land of the North
American continent before the White Man came? Certainly not the natives. Although through their
labor and productive effort they undoubtedly had the moral right to claim ownership of the land,
they didn't--in fact, their very philosophy repudiated the idea of land ownership. Therefore,
although they had every right to if they wished to exercise it, the natives did not own the land.
And since no one else was around, no one else could have owned it, either. Since the land was not
owned, it could not have been stolen.
