They seem to be comfortable for long straits where you won't need to worry about brakes too much.

Take a bit of getting used to though.

Aerobars you just tuck in and go. Your bones support your weight. -
I use them on my tri setup. Just remember if you use them, the closer your elbows are positioned, the more unstable it will feel....at first. A little practice and there shouldn't be to many problems.

I use them on my tri bike and I really like them, but just make sure you get comfortable in them before getting out in traffic. As stated above, they initially will feel very unstable. I would practice going from the aerobars to the brakes just so you know you can do it if you need to stop quickly. If you can get your bike on a trainer, that would probably be the safest method.

I do - Syntace c2s - I don't do TTs - I got them because they give me a fourth position ( not counting hands free) and are comfortable on long flats - very easy to get used - there was no adjustment period but I can see where there could be - you'll love them - good luck !!
