I have a wart besides my finger nail and my wife five big
ones on her foot. We have tired many natural and chemical
remedies but nothing helps. Cutting them only seams to make
it worst, but is that a proven fact?

and then the warts will go away. -
i tried duct tape and it didnt really work. part of the
problem i think was that it made the area near the wart
soggy from sweat -
See a Naturopathic Doctor. I have seen many taken away with
whatever they give them."lab" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

This fits in nicely with a nutrition newsgroup.

removing. I'm convinced that orally ingesting it will
increase my defences. -

holes! TRY The Vitamin Shoppe's "Zinc Lozenges Plus" It has
echinecea and zinc as some of its' ingredients. Echinecea
and Zinc boosts the immune system. Also take about 400 to
800 I.U of Vitamin E with it daily. Good for circulation and
healing purposes. Do not take more than 50 mg Zinc Lozenges
Plus. Don't over do it with echinecea because it loses its
effectiveness after two weeks. Zinc loses its effectiveness
if you take more than 75 to 100 mgs daily. Never take these
items on an empty stomach, Zinc tends to make you nauseated
on even a half full stomach so PLEASE make sure you eat well
before you take this or any other mineral or vitamin. Also
very important, MAKE SURE that you are not on any
medications or drugs that may clash with these vitamins.
Please do your research! I have gotten rid of warts this way
and the remedy has always worked for me.P.S. A little Compound W helps too!

hehe heh...
so what was responsible for your wart success... compound w?
the zinc? the echinecea? time? prayer? most warts will go
away if left alone and given enough time... duct tape is
painless and has been shown to work quite well -- probably
better than freezing/cutting warts which often spread them
to surrounding tissue... it costs a lot less than your
supplement binging."Camille Selby" <[email hidden]> wrote in

Pretty much spot on - I used zinc and it got rid of the
warts on my feet in less than 1 month, I was amazed I could
see the critters dying day by day! Double blind studies were
done using 'mega doses' of zinc sulphate orallyhttp://articles.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0ISW/is_241-
242/ai_107201186 I used ~40mg per day (3 tablets zinc
gluconate). Anth -

read the abstract more carefully. the study was only single-
blinded (not double blinded). and did you happen to notice
that 1/2 of the patients didn't finish the study ("reasons
for withdrawal not specified"😉 -- probably due to
nausea/vomiting. high doses of zinc are tough to tolerate.
as for your experience, who knows. -
Yeah you are right it was single blind. Anth
