He-He! Of course, but I think you have a tendency to ignore looking at
some areas and focus on the areas that are more obvious. I need to
look at my body as if I was evaluating someone else's body for the 1st
time.

In that case you should consider a videocamera.
When i trained at home, i often taped myself from every imagenable amgle. I
am serious.

Now, for me, this turned out good, because i ended up bigger then i expected
😉

If you focus too much on measurements, you will have to know what you
meassure;

Fat or muscle.
