  1. Two days before my RAFL weigh in I happy to inform you that I am at 113.3
now - from 116 Monday. I simply just needed to flush out all the salt and
water from my body by eating normally for a few days. So in reality my 10
binging cost me 2 lbs and I can live with that:o)

  2. good for you, Lee

Well, I actually just started eating normally again (as in a healthy, non-binging way). It is my
experience that although you do gain some weight when binging (which a lot of us do from time to
time) it comes off real quick once you go back to a normal eating pattern.. The weight stays or
grows if you continue to overeat, but there is a very quick response if you go cold turkey for a few
days and that feels pretty good:o)

As for me, all I can say is that I just needed to get it out of my system - the binge-mode that is.
I just needed to indulge and once I had enough, I had enough. But it did last for 7-10 days (amongst
the many things I ate: 1 bag of chips 4 days in a row). And then I felt I had had my fun and then it
wasn't hard to get right back into the swing of things.
