yesterday i called Torker USA and they told us to send the whole uni to them to inspct for abuse...
i guess that's one way to eliminate their potential replacement costs.
the 'nimbus' (http://www.unicycle.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=851) 'ii' (http://tinyurl.com/5kkon) frame would make a good replacement. you can get it in black and it uses a 25.4 post like the dx. not sure how it compares to the yuni for strength. i think i'm going to use my dx frame for my freestyle uni. it would probably hold up fine for that, and it has really great foot support. might be too big for freestyle though, not sure...

but i want to know, what exactly did you do to it that ended up bracking it? cause i am thinking about getting one of these
I still strongly recommend it for the money. If you get the 24" its significantly cheaper than the Qu-Ax 24" even if you end up having to replace the frame down the road. The trials version of the DX is still cheaper than the qu-ax trials and ends up costing about the same if you have to replace the frame later on (which most people wont have to do).

i hopped onto a small 1 foot tall ledge and cleared a 4 foot long patch of rocks.. but when i hopped on the 1 foot tal ledge i heard a snapping sound...
basically, the weld was just really really crappy

It seems like the Yuni frame is the same thing as on my uni. It seems really strong ,the crown is slanted a bit and it seems really stout. I don't put severe pressure on it though. I'd recommend it..

Don't worry about it. I ride really hard muni on mine, and it's held up so far. Steep hills, 5-6 foot drops, that kinda stuff. It'll probablly break on me sometime, but it should hold up fine for you.
im not surprised that you have snapped it, i snapped mine months ago along with the pedals, seatpost, seat (both steel and plastic and foam). in short... dont repair the frame, it will only break again and breaking frames is not safe and can lead to serious injury.
