The rim is dented on the left side, just below the axle in the picture.
It MIGHT be fixable, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

It's likely fixable. There's even a tool for fixing that very thing.

Hopefully, your LBS has a RIM 'RENCH (Morningstar Tools) which is desiged for the type of repair which your rim apparently requires (the picture of the damage is currently is absent) ...

I think it costs about $20 ... which is probably less than what your LBS will probably charge for the 3-minutes it may take to repair the rim ...
- of course, it will take much longer for your LBS to work on the rim if you bring the wheel in with the tire in place IN WHICH CASE s/he should charge you for the additional time due to the nuisance factor the extra steps introduce
Consequently, I suggest that YOU consider buying one of the tools ...
If you are handy, you could probably fabricate a "tool" based on their design.
