ask everyone in this groups where their favorite place in the world is

that the ultimate place to swim is Barton Springs Pool in Austin, Texas.
This is a natural spring-fed swimming "hole" with clear, cold water.Pat in TX

I lived there in the late 70s and swam at Barton Springs a lot. My
wife loved that I was out doing things with my two young boys.
Luckily they didn't rat me out about the topless coeds on the grassy
knoll! :-) BTW, the water was damn cold but it was the same year
round.Dave Clary/Corpus Christi, Tx

Of the places I have swum so far, the best was in Ennerdale Water in the
Lake District in England. So quiet and peaceful and beautiful.
