Let's head off a 3000 message debate: Most doesn't. Some does. Since *some*
people have adverse reactions to fava beans, you probably won't find
restaurants using it in falafel. -

It can have, but doesn't always. Many people say that "Egyptian"
falafel is part fava beans, part garbanzos. If you look in the
interior of a falafel ball and there is green stuff in there, that
could well be green fava beans.Steve
