  1. I remember still mildly struggling to make sure I got in my 100mi/wk
in Late May/June, having ridden the first 100mi/wk in April.

This week was the first 150mile week (Mon to Sun), and oddly, it was
-very- easy. I even goofed off a little on Monday, recovering from
    traveling.

    So...uh, yay, me. ;-p

    -B
Pace is not too bad at 16mph/avg. Today I did the first 15 at
17mph/avg. Had to spin in w/easier gear to get my 20miles in the am
ride, thought I'd blown a muscle. False alarm, though.

I'm sure Lance will be calling you any day now.

Myself, I set a personal high mark today, 4 flats on the same ride. I
need to double check what Phonak was using.

Hey, you are doing better than me with flats. I had two flats while
still sitting in my apartment. I hate the lighter weight tubes. They
rip out at the valve stem. It's hard to fix that, meaning there goes
    5 bucks down the drain.

Why not just use them in your front wheel?

That's nothing. I got yelled at twice yesterday, blared at, had words with
the blarer (& his sidekick), and got spat at, all in three hour ride.

I hope your conversation didn't include that bit of advice about the
    gang house and Jesus...
